Hi! I’m Layla Berger, a 22 year old Engineering Management major graduating in 2025. I’m passionate about empowering individuals to work hard, innovate, and develop creative solutions to any challenge. With a strong belief in the power of knowledge and self-sufficiency, I aim to inspire others to take charge and solve problems themselves — just as I’ve done throughout my journey.
I specialize in engineering businesses and focus on fostering positive growth by cutting out inefficiencies and focusing on what truly matters. My skill-set includes expertise in 3D printing, Computer-Aided Design (CAD), management design, and problem-solving, all of which fuel my creative drive and love for making ideas come to life.
My journey into engineering was inspired by my “do-it-yourself” mentality. I find immense satisfaction in knowing that I can rely on my own knowledge and skills to achieve my goals without depending on outside help. This independence has shaped my approach to problem-solving and fueled my passion for encouraging others to do the same.
Beyond my professional interests, my goals are firmly rooted in faith and family. I am the youngest of 4 and my amazing siblings always have my back. My mom and dad have given me more than I could ever know. Overall I know I can do nothing without my lord an savior Jesus. I envision a world with stronger communities, where intelligent, passionate individuals come together to support each other and work toward shared goals. I am dedicated to fostering collaboration and empowering others to unlock their full potential.
